Once an order is placed and sent to our production team, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
